I am having a large wedding- can you handle it?

We have worked with couples with a guest list over 500. We are equipped to help locate a venue, design and facilitate weddings and events of all dimensions. You relax while our staff oversees all the details involved.

I have done everything and just need you on my wedding day, will you do that?

We will review your vendor contracts and contact each vendor to ensure time, date, etc is confirmed. We also provide an Event Resume to the vendors. In addition, we attend the final walk-through with you and direct/facilitate/supervise or coordinate the rehearsal, pre-wedding activities, ceremony, and reception.

What do you suggest for a theme wedding?

Theme weddings are unique and interesting for your guests. You may have an idea you wish to implement of if you want suggestions, we can assist in customizing a theme for you. We have experience with Western, Renaissance, Victorian, Fourth of July, New Years, Horse racing, Polar Bears and many others.

What about Destination Weddings?

Our expertise in this area is constantly expanding. We plan weddings across the continental United States and in Hawaii, Bermuda, the Bahamas, St. Thomas, England, & Mexico. We are available to travel with you for your wedding to ensure all details are implemented for your perfect day. Brides contact us from many different locations to coordinate a Colorado wedding. We have experience all over Colorado including, Denver metro area, Estes Park, Colorado Springs, Steamboat Springs, Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, Pagosa Springs, and more.

What is the Association of Bridal Consultants?

The Association is the only organization dedicated exclusively to serving wedding professionals worldwide. Membership requires completing an extensive education program and proving expertise with six proficiency exams. Karyn graduated with Distinguished honors and has continued education which is a requisite for affiliation with the ABC. She is an Accredited Bridal Consultant and recent recipient of the Dorothy Penner Heart Award for excellence and passion in the wedding industry.
